• Can I modify my personal info after opening my account?

• I forgot my password. What should I do?

• Cooling off or self-exclusion?

• What is playthrough?

A playthrough requirement is how many times you need to wager the starting bonus amount bonus before the winnings coming from it can be withdrawn.

On a deposit bonus, said the requirement is determined by the deposit amount plus the amount of the promotional bonus redeemed. On free bonuses, it refers only to the bonus amount.

• My deposit with a bank card failed. Why?

There are a few reasons why a credit card transaction may not go through such as time out in the communication between the bank and the receiver or a block on a card. At times, card issuers don’t allow certain international transactions as they don’t follow your usual spending pattern. In this case, please contact your bank and let them know you are attempting to make an international purchase and you need to have it authorized.

• Can I reverse my withdrawal request

Withdrawal requests may be canceled and returned to your Casino account at any time before they are approved. Once your withdrawal has been approved, it can no longer be reversed.
